Sometimes it takes more than just yoga! In fact most times! Try a yoga workout combo!
I’ve been practicing yoga for some time now, steadily I’d say for the past 12 years and I began practicing about 25 years ago. At my age (55), I’m finding it difficult to keep my weight and body fat in check. It goes up in the winter and stays steady each summer as I get older. Granted, I’ve been less adherent to any particular diet since my boys arrived two years ago. I more or less eat lots of veggies but also frankly, I’ll eat anything. And I find myself being the one who cleans up all the plates when the kids don’t finish. My father-in-law calls it the “hausschwein” or house pig!
I do eat pretty well, but not always perfect and frankly the challenges in scheduling a continuous everyday yoga practice are huge when raising two young boys so sometimes, most times, I need a little more than just yoga to keep myself in shape. To that end I’ve teamed up with Chris Anthony Fitness Studio and we’re creating a dynamic integrated workout.
