L’aura Marie Campisi (L’)
L’s background in Yoga anatomy and bodywork spans two decades; directly studying yoga under Tias Little, Sean Tebor, Richard Freeman, Tim Miller and the late Peter Melchoir of The Guild for Structural Integration where she is certified. L’s interests in movement are woven thru her training in Tai Chi, Alexander Technique, the Chinese Meridian systems along with progressing changes in human form-function. L’ stepped away from a decade leading the primary series in Ashtanga yoga to bridge bodywork and movement offering students a more fluid, healing, and self aware style of practice. L’ is a Rolf Method Structural Integrator and creator/developer of RolfYoga and the owner of The Center for Structural Wellness and Yoga Medicina in Pittsburgh, PA. She brings diversity, laughter, and humility to each and every experience right along with west coast sensibilities.

Ransom has practiced various forms of Buddhist and other eastern meditations for over 20 years. He is a senior student of Tempa Dukte Lama, an ordained Bon Buddhist Tibetan Lama and director and spiritual founder of Olmo Ling Bon Center and Institute. (www.olmoling.org). Ransom has received many transmissions from Tempa Lama, including instruction in teaching the foundational meditation of Bon, the Calm Abiding Meditation. He is a certified meditation instructor from the American Institute of Healthcare Professionals and am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
