In our first conversation, you’ll get to know me a bit and I’ll get to know you. I will guide you through a health assessment, discuss your goals and then we’ll personalize the structure and length as well as other aspects of YOUR program together. This is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is created for you and is tailored to your specific needs, commitment, time availability and need for support.
My hope is that by the end of our work together not only will you reach your goals, and create new healthy habits, but you will have an entirely new outlook on your personal and your families well being! You’ll also have all the skills, practical tips and tools to continue on your journey.
6 MONTH PROGRAM
The 6 Month Program is the most effective way for you to take control of your health and wellbeing. Included in the ^ Month Program is a weekly yoga practice, Monthly Healthy Eating Special events, unlimited email and phone support and 2 One-to- One Monthly meetings. It’s perfect if you’re ready to make sustainable changes that will improve your health and happiness, gradually with support and accountability.
We’ll take a look and discuss all the aspects that make up your health; from nutrition to physical activity, sleep, stress, relationships, career, all of it! Together we will bring attention to the areas that need your attention and work towards improvement by setting achievable goals together and creating simple action steps that will keep you on track to make positive changes in each of these areas. This step-by-step approach is very powerful and essential in making changes and creating new habits that will be sustainable overtime. My ongoing support and accountability are the key to this program and your success, as I will make sure you are moving towards your goals and desired lifestyle. Trust me, I want nothing but your success!

We’ll meet every TWO WEEKS for 1 hour, IN PERSON or via phone or Skype, during a period of 6 months to check in on your progress and set new goals. Consistent meetings over a long period of time lead to the greatest and longest lasting results.
Complete with recipes, food guides, a Grocery Shopping Tour, a Kitchen Make Over, Cooking Classes and food demonstrations, handouts, tip sheets and many other resources that will be beneficial for your progress. I will also provide email support between sessions, as needed; as well as my loving encouragement and personal commitment to your health and success.
THE INVESTMENT ON YOUR HEALTH:
$1200 – One time payment
Thats only $50.00 per week for yoga, nutrition coaching, recipes and personal support!
Or if you’d like you can break it into monthly payments of $225.00 monthly ($1350.00 for 6 months)
